Hi! I'm Dr. Carole Swiecicki, a mental health expert, business owner, and mom who has devoted my career to helping people overcome stress and challenging emotions (including burnout). My professional journey has included working in hospital settings, universities, and the nonprofit sector, where I led an organization for over 8 years, helping people through trauma and stress and increasing our business's 7-figure revenue by over 50%. Almost four years ago, I transitioned to entrepreneurship, founding my own business to empower driven women like you to achieve success in the the many aspects of your life that matter to you (i.e., career and personal lives). 

Throughout my over 20 years in the field, I have been committed to sharing effective strategies for managing stress and increasing well-being - emotionally, physically and professionally. I’ve seen firsthand how high-achieving women struggle to balance it all—work, family, and self-care—and it’s become my mission to make these life-changing tools accessible to women who are ready to thrive without burning out. I’ve combined my years of expertise in clinical psychology with my experience as a business leader and entrepreneur to create tools and strategies that don’t just help you survive the challenges of work and life, but truly excel in both.
